Terms and Conditions – lucy33 Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and lucy33 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the lucy33 platform — including the website at lucy33.pro, the Android and iOS mobile applications, and any associated services — is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By clicking "Register", "Login", or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and lucy33.

2. Eligibility

To register and use lucy33 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lucy33 operates as an adults-only platform. We take the protection of minors seriously and age verification may be requested at registration or during your account lifetime.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended lucy33 account.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on lucy33 or have otherwise been excluded from the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating your account information to keep it accurate.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account on lucy33. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. lucy33 will treat any action taken from your account as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false information at registration — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4. Deposits & Payments

lucy33 accepts deposits in PKR only. No currency conversion is applied at any stage. Supported deposit channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your betting balance instantly in the vast majority of cases.
• Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution's processing time.
• lucy33 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set at levels accessible to Pakistani players and are displayed on the deposit screen within the platform.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained lawfully.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on lucy33 are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules that apply to individual events.

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding once you have confirmed it in the bet slip and received confirmation from the platform. Until that confirmation is received, no bet has been placed. It is your responsibility to ensure that selections, stakes and odds are correct before confirming.

5.2 Odds

Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. lucy33 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds. If a bet has been accepted at a clearly incorrect price due to a technical or human error, lucy33 may void that bet and return the stake.

5.3 Cricket & PSL Markets

Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — is subject to standard cricket betting rules. In-play markets update continuously during a match. Any bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined will be voided. Ball-by-ball markets are settled on the official result of each delivery as recorded by the relevant governing body.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned, obvious pricing errors, a match result being declared invalid by the governing body, or system errors affecting the acceptance of the bet. Void bets have their stakes returned in full.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

lucy33 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport and market and are displayed within the platform. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum limit will be capped at that limit.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown within your account's withdrawal screen.
• Before your first withdrawal, you are required to complete identity verification. Once verified, repeat withdrawals do not require the same documentation to be resubmitted unless your account information changes.
• lucy33 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending additional verification if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

lucy33 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and VIP cashback rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and may only be used on the platform.
• Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, minimum odds and eligible markets. These are set out in the individual promotion terms and must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person and per household address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without completing the stated wagering requirements.
• lucy33 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, unusual betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and potentially the closure of the account.

8. Casino & Games

The casino section of lucy33 includes slots, table games and a live casino with real dealers streamed in real time. The following terms apply to casino gameplay:

• All casino games are operated by third-party game providers and are subject to their individual Return to Player (RTP) rates, which are displayed within the game interface or the game information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, any unsettled game will be resolved automatically once the connection is restored, based on the game's standard rules.
• lucy33 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's internet connection issues.
• Live casino games are conducted in real time. Decisions made during a live game are final once the round is closed by the dealer.
• Jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may fluctuate in real time. The amount shown at the time of a qualifying win is the amount awarded.

9. Responsible Gaming

lucy33 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and never become a financial burden or a source of distress. The following responsible gaming provisions are part of these Terms:

9.1 Self-Management Tools

Players may set deposit limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods directly from their account settings. These tools are provided to help you stay in control of your gaming activity and are encouraged for all players.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you need to take a break from betting, you may apply for self-exclusion from within your account or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from temporary breaks to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to deposit or place bets.

9.3 Minor Protection

The platform must not be used by anyone under 18 years of age. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring they do not have access to your lucy33 account. We recommend using device-level parental controls as an additional safeguard.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lucy33 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way not permitted by lucy33.
• Attempting to manipulate sporting events on which bets are placed, or placing bets based on insider information.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to generate guaranteed profit.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in poker or live game formats.
• Making chargebacks through your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for betting.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your identity or age at any stage.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

lucy33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide requested documentation when asked.
• At the request of the account holder via a self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Real money deposits made by the player and not yet wagered will be returned subject to lucy33's verification of the account and any pending investigation.

Where an account is closed at the player's request and there is no breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal channel within a reasonable processing period.

12. Limitation of Liability

lucy33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures or downtime outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind, including lost winnings due to technical errors on a player's device or internet connection.
• Any third-party payment provider delays or charges.

Nothing in these Terms limits lucy33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at lucy33.pro/privacy-policy. By registering on lucy33, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described in that policy.

We collect the information necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments and comply with our anti-money laundering obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for as long as your account is active and for such additional periods as are required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

14. Changes to These Terms

lucy33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the platform or via the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
